I have had this dagger for a couple months now and I absolutely love it. The weight of the dagger is perfect, not too heavy and yet just heavy enough to let you fight like it was a real bladed weapon. Getting past the obvious beauty of the weapon, the handle not only looks great but fits the hand perfectly. The core of the weapon is also short enough to allow the dagger to be used as a potential thrusting weapon safely if need be. I wouldn't recommend using this dagger is a thrown weapon, as it is obviously built as close combat melee weapon. Saying this though, I would love to see a thrown version of this blade as the weight alone makes it a tempting prospect though maybe not the safest. All in all I would have to say, taking all things into account (price, looks, build, etc.) this is by far the greatest dagger I have ever owned as far as larping weapons are concerned.
